Raindrops Closet was founded on November 2, 2015, by Sherain Rivera, former homeless mother of six who once lived in a hotel in Schenectady, NY. After securing a permanent home, Sherain felt compelled to give and support families still facing homelessness. For the past ten years, she has dedicated her life to those in need, serving homeless families throughout the upstate areas of Albany, Schenectady, Troy, and Cohoes. Her commitment continues to make a significant impact in the community.
